The Sports Club under the name of Vouliagmeni Nautical Club, based in Laimos, Vouliagmeni, wishes to receive offers for the operation of THE RESTAURANT in Laimos, Vouliagmeni, with an area of \u200b\u200b430 sq.m. The operation of which is continuous, throughout the year, noon and night. The restaurant is not only addressed to the members of the V.N.C., but also to the general public.<\/p>\n

Candidate contractors must submit a closed envelope to the Group's secretariat by July 10, 2023 at 5:00 p.m., which will contain the following information:<\/p>\n

  1. Full identity details of a natural person or legal entity documents together with a general GEMI certificate.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Recent tax and insurance information, as well as the<\/strong>criminal record of the natural person or the legal representative<\/strong>of the legal entity respectively.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Brief biography of the individual or details of the activities<\/strong>legal entity.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Proven at least 5 years of experience and expertise in<\/strong>management of similar services<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Economic offer with proposed annual consideration<\/strong>granting of space.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Recommended duration of operation.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Proposed guarantees for the fulfillment of the conditions<\/strong>concession and insurance of the premises<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Technical proposal for utilization of the allocated space<\/strong>and detailed investment construction schedules, development plan, proposed space layout, repairs, improvements, logistical infrastructure, equipment list.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
  9. \u00a0Indicative price list.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
  10. Contractors must maintain the necessary operating permits<\/strong>, to follow the legal procedures established by the state<\/strong>and its services.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n
  11. The contractor is obliged to provide a 15% discount to members, with<\/strong>guests up to four people.<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Details about the space will be provided after an appointment and on-site visit to the facilities by interested parties.<\/p>\n

    The offers will be evaluated by the Group's Board of Directors by the end of July 2023 and the candidates may be called for clarifications. If the contractor selected by the Board of Directors does not appear within 5 days of its written notification to sign the relevant contract, with the presentation of the corresponding guarantees, the Board of Directors is free to proceed with the signing of the contract with another candidate.<\/p>\n
