On Sunday 3rd February the annual General Assembly of the Members of the Vouliagmeni Yacht Club took place. The members of the Board of Directors, at all levels of the Group's operation, presented the report and the activities of the past year:
- the movement of members
- the administrative staff
- the events
- the sponsorships
- the construction works and the redevelopment of the Group's facilities
- the results of the sports sections.
The 2018 financial report and the 2019 budget were adopted unanimously in an open vote.
In the elections of the General Assembly the composition of the Board of Directors was elected, which in its first meeting on 6.2 was constituted in accordance with the Statute of the N.O.B. as follows:

- Secretary General: Marios Daravigkas
- General Chief of Sports Departments:Renos Velonias
- Financial Manager: Andreas Leousis
- Deputy Secretary-General: Anastasios Kyrpoglou
- Deputy Chief of Sports Departments:Dimitris Tsiklos
- Rev. Financial Administrator: Sofia Strungari
- Member: Konstantinos Karantinos
- Member: Andreas Papageorgiou
- Member.
The term of office of the Board of Directors according to the Articles of Association is three years.
