With the limits conference (1st to 7th star) held at the OAKA indoor swimming pool on the weekend of December 4th and 5th, the curtain was raised on the new competitive season for the sport of artistic synchronized swimming.
A dynamic start for the Vouliagmeni Nautical Club team, which was one of the teams with the largest number of athletes in all categories overall.
With excellent performances, our athletes occupied high positions in all the stars.
In the 7th star women's open category, our champion Maria Alzigouzi rose to the top by winning first place.
In the smaller categories, first to fourth star, our athletes had absolute success, as they passed all the stars.
Special mention to our little athlete Naya Elmisian, who won first place in the fourth star and second place in the third!
Close to our athletes throughout this two-day trip were the team's head coach, Mrs. Sylvia Savrami, and the coaches, Daria Cherneska, Konstantina Bahtsevanidou, and Maria Gavera. The team's superintendent, Haris Georgakakis, accompanied the team.
