The international water skiing competitions "Diakakeia 2020", organized in honor of the founder of the Vouliagmeni Nautical Club, Athanasios Diakakis, will be held on the weekend of September 12 and 13 at Lake Stratos in Agrinio.
Taking into account the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic and wanting to protect members and athletes from the risk of crowding that such a large event would bring, for the first time the "Diakakia" will not take place in their hometown: N.O.V., but will be transferred to Agrinio, and specifically to the training center of the Greek Water Ski Federation at Lake Stratos. This is a three-day athletic event that will include slalom, figure skating, and jumping events and will highlight the top athletic performances.
