The Vouliagmeni Nautical Club announces with great pleasure the acquisition of water polo athlete Phoebe Angelidis for the next four years.
Phoebe Angelidi was born in 2003 and plays mostly in the defensive position. Until now, the young athlete has worn the cap of Nireas Halandriou and has won numerous medals in the age group championships. Her latest success is winning the Junior Women's Championship this summer. With the Nerea Halandri women's team she has participated once in the final of the Greek Cup. At the same time, since last year she has been in the preselection of the National Women's Team.
After signing her contract with V.N.C., she said: "I am very happy and excited for the next few years that I will be playing in Vouliagmeni's team. I am looking forward to working with my new teammates and the coaching staff and meeting all of our goals, both personal and collective."
