The water polo tournament of the children's category in memory of Ioannis Hadjitheodorou was successfully completed for the 25th year. The tournament is held every year at the swimming pool of the Vouliagmenis Nautical Club and this year 10 teams participated. The N.O.B team participated with 2 teams so that all the athletes of this category could have time to participate. The winner of the tournament was Savona from Italy, which defeated the Vouliagmeni team in the final with a score of 7 - 8.

After a vote of the coaches of all the teams, MVP of the tournament, was Michalis Tsatalios, athlete of N.O.B and best goalkeeper, Manos Andreadis also athlete of N.O.B.
The Nautical Club of Vouliagmeni after the end of the races awarded a commemorative plaque to the sister of the late Ioannis Hatzitheodorou, Mrs Eleni Hatzitheodorou, while the awards of the teams and athletes were made by George Mavrotas, George Reppas, Chris Humbert and Christos Afroudakis.
