The Vouliagmeni Nautical Club offers its members a complete and integrated fitness program “my NOB fitness”, which covers the full spectrum of needs and desires of athletes and fitness enthusiasts. The program lasts for one year, from October to September, and includes a variety of sports activities that cover all ages and physical levels.With programs for beginners and advanced athletes, “my NOB fitness” takes care to incorporate the most modern fitness methods, in order to meet the needs of each member, from those who are just starting their athletic career, to the most experienced who wish to improve their performance or discover new challenges.

The variety of activities ensures that all participants will find something they like, while the ease of adapting the exercises to each individual's needs makes the program extremely flexible and effective for achieving goals at every fitness level.

The program “my NOB fitness” includes a rich range of activities, designed to meet all the needs and preferences of the members. The sports activities included in the program are:

  1. Functional Training: A program that focuses on strengthening the body through functional exercises, which help improve mobility, strength and endurance. Ideal for everyone, from beginners to advanced.
  2. Yoga: Through continuous movement with breathing, yoga offers relaxation, flexibility, and strengthening of the body and mind. Ideal for those who wish to combine physical exercise with mental relaxation.
  3. Pilates: It focuses on core stability, flexibility and muscle strengthening. Ideal for those who want to improve their posture and strengthen their muscle infrastructure with an emphasis on the core of the body.
  4. Aqua Aerobic: An invigorating aerobic exercise in water, which is particularly beneficial for cardiovascular health, but also for relieving joint strain. Suitable for everyone, regardless of age or physical condition.
  5. Open Water Swimming: For lovers of swimming in the sea, open water swimming is an ideal activity that combines exercise with contact with nature. It improves strength and endurance, while offering a unique experience in the sea.
  6. Functional Training: These are the most intensive and specialized forms of training that focus on improving the functionality and overall strength of the body through dynamic exercises that involve the entire body.
  7. Spinning:  (not included in Fitness and is performed with the purchase of a course package) is a dynamic and intense aerobic exercise performed on a stationary bike. Ideal for those who wish to improve their cardiovascular endurance, burn calories and strengthen their legs in a fun and intense way. Spinning workouts are guided by instructors who create experiences through music, rhythm and different levels of intensity, thus offering an excellent challenge for every level of fitness.
