Following the decision of the Board of Directors of the Vouliagmeni Nautical Club (V.N.C) dated September 22, 2021 and in accordance with article 12.B.1. of the Statutes, its members are invited to an annual Ordinary General Meeting, which will be held on Sunday, November 7, 2021 at 09:00 at the Miladeza Indoor Basketball Court, Vari, 36-40 Aretis Street, Vari.
The General Assembly of the members of the N.O.B. will be held in strict compliance with the health protocol applicable to General Assemblies, such as participation with a certificate of vaccination or illness during the last six months, the mandatory use of a mask, etc.
The agenda items are as follows:
1. Election of President and Secretary of the General Assembly.
2. Submission of the Administrative Report of the Board of Directors for the period from 1/1/2020 to 31/12/2020.
3. Submission of the Board of Directors' Financial Statement and Balance Sheet for the year from 1/1/2020 to 31/12/2020.
4. Submission of an Audit Committee report.
5. Approval of the Administrative Report, Financial Report and Balance Sheet of the Board of Directors for the year from 1/1/2020 to 31/12/2020.
6. Exemption of the members of the Board of Directors from all liability for the Management Period from 1/1/2020 to 31/12/2020.
7. Submission of the Budget for the year 2021.
8. Approval of the Budget for the year 2021.
In the event that there is no quorum on the above date and time, the General Meeting will be held on the same day and time at 10:00, at the same place and with the same issues.
We remind you that, according to the Statute of the V.N.C., for your participation in the General Assembly you must have settled your financial obligations to the V.N.C., as well as having paid the subscription for the year 2021. Participation in the General Assembly will take place upon presentation of a) a certificate of vaccination or illness during the last six months and b) a police ID card or other public document. Finally, the exercise of the right to "vote" requires the completion of one year from the date of registration.
