INVITATION OF THE VOULIAGMENI NAUTICAL CLUB
FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
The Athletic Association named Vouliagmeni Nautical Club, based in Laimos Vouliagmeni, wishes to receive offers for the operation of the spaces within its facilities, in Laimos Vouliagmeni. These are the canteen of the reception hall, the canteen of athletes and spectators of the Swimming Pool, the canteen of the pier and the canteen of the south beach. Offers can be submitted for one or more of the above spaces. It is known that these facilities serve exclusively the members, their families, the guests of the members and the athletes of the Nautical Club.
Οι υποψήφιοι ανάδοχοι θα πρέπει να καταθέσουν στη γραμματεία του Ομίλου, κλειστό φάκελο μέχρι την 17th March 2023 at 12pm, which will contain the following information:
- Full identity details of a natural person or legal entity documents along with a general GEMI certificate.
- Recent tax and insurance information, as well as the criminal record of the natural person or the legal representative of the legal person respectively.
- Brief CV of a natural person or activity data of a legal entity.
- Proven at least two years of experience and expertise in performing similar services (canteens, dining areas, catering, etc.).
- Financial offer with proposed annual space concession fee.
- Recommended duration of operation.
- Proposed guarantees for the fulfillment of the terms of the concession and insurance of the premises
- Technical proposal for utilization of the allocated space and detailed investment construction schedules, development plan, proposed space configuration, repairs, improvements, logistical infrastructure, equipment list.
- Detailed list, with the products to be made available and their suitability certificates.
- Contractors must maintain the necessary operating licenses, follow the legal procedures set by the state and its services. They are required to comply with and always follow the rules of the Vouliagmeni Nautical Club as well as the decisions of the Board of Directors.
Details about the spaces, their area, as well as the operating period of each facility will be provided after an appointment and on-site visit of interested parties to the facilities. It is noted that the contractor must respect the operating hours of each space, as well as the hours for restocking its supplies and submit each time for approval the list of items offered for consumption to the Board of Directors of the Group.
The offers will be evaluated by the Group's Board of Directors by the end of March 2023 and the candidates may be called for clarifications. If the contractor selected by the Board of Directors does not appear within 5 days of its written notification to sign the relevant contract, with the presentation of the corresponding guarantees, the Board of Directors is free to proceed with the signing of the contract with another candidate.
This is not a tender but an invitation to interested parties with notification of the procedure for their evaluation and selection as contractors by the Board of Directors of V.N.C., with the issuance of a relevant decision by it.
