Invitation to the Annual General Meeting of V.N.C.

INVITATION TO MEMBERS OF VOULIAGMENI NAUTICAL CLUB AT THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Following the decision of the Board of Directors of the Vouliagmeni Nautical Club dated 24/06/2020 and in accordance with article 12.B.1. of the Statutes, its Members are invited to an Annual Ordinary General Meeting on Τετάρτη July 29, 2020 at 6:00 PM at the V.N.C.

In the event that there is no quorum on the above date, day and time, the General Meeting will be held on the same day and time at 19:00, in the same venue with the same issues.

In order to comply with safety measures against Covid-19, the General Assembly will be held outside the V.N.C. facilities, specifically in the water skiing area.

The agenda items are as follows:

1. Election of President and Secretary of the General Assembly.
2. Submission of the Board of Directors' Administrative Report for the period from 1/1/2019 to 31/12/2019.
3. Submission of the Board of Directors' Financial Statement and Balance Sheet for the fiscal year from 1/1/2019 to 31/12/2019.
4. Submission of Audit Committee report.
5. Approval of the Administrative Report, Financial Report and Balance Sheet of the Board of Directors from 1/1/2019 to 31/12/2019.
6. Exemption of the members of the Board of Directors from all liability for the Management Period from 1/1/2019 to 31/12/2019.
7. Budget submission for the year 2020.
8. Approval of the 2020 Budget.

Finally, we remind our Members that according to the Statute of the V.N.C., for your participation in the General Assembly, you must have settled your financial obligations to the V.N.C., as well as having paid your subscription for the year 2020. Remember, that the presentation of your police ID or other public document is necessary for your participation in the General Assembly.
