On Thursday 21 June in the morning Katerina Topouzoglou, founder of All For Blue, an organization that works to protect the marine ecosystem, Shark Aware Instructor and World Underwater Shooting Champion will coordinate underwater and coastal cleaning of the Vouliagmeni Yacht Club in collaboration with the divers from Spyros Kartelias diving center, the crew of the French energy boat Energy Observer and the children participating in the summer camp. After the end of the action there will be an official weighing and counting of the collected garbage and its recording in a global data base.
This action follows the successful clean-up operation organised in 2017 after the seminar on the protection of sharks and the marine ecosystem.
This experience will help children to understand how important it is to protect our sea and will give them the joy of participating in an action for the good of the environment.
